About this class
This course provides the foundation and prepares participants to attend advanced level group classes. The beginners course comprises of 12 sessions, of which participants will attend 10 exclusive beginner classes and 2 classes in regular group practice sessions.
On completion of the course you will be in a position to participate in group classes and pursue your goal. You will learn how to use breath correctly and get the most out of the asanas.
