This course provides the foundation and prepares participants to attend advanced level group classes. This course comprises of 12 sessions, of which participants will attend 10 exclusive beginner classes and 2 classes in regular group practice sessions.

Which kind of yoga mat should I buy?
A yoga mat should stay firm on the floor. Make sure it is not too thick as it will affect your balance. A good mat should be non slippery.
I’m the least flexible person in the entire world…
No worries. Every person is unique. Flexibility in joints are achieved progressively with regular yoga practice .
Can I reactivate unused classes from an expired membership?
Yes, if non utilisation of classes is due to a genuine health reason and is been intimated to us before taking a break
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Please fill up the form attached in our gift tab in our website with the details of the desired amount. We will send your friend or family the gift subscription details along with your note.
What should I wear?
Any outfit that is comfortable and that would not hinder free movement of your limbs are acceptable.
