Our general yoga practice programs provide various options that help you achieve your goal. May it be weight loss, body toning, endurance, general health or balance, our classes are made to achieve your goals.

General Yoga Practice

Level 1

The Level 1 classes are meant for mild practices. Helps with general health and Balance.

Level 2

Because Level 2 classes are moderately intensive, it helps to lose weight/tone your body/improve endurance.

Level 3

The Level 3 classes are higher intensity to achieve weight loss and endurance.
Monad teachers work to make every class unique to slowly build and progress your practice. We recommend members join a mix of class to have variation in intensities. All teachers are qualified from best yoga schools in India and carry with them several years of experience teaching yoga. They fully understand how to balance to various goals of people in group classes and ensure everyone gets the best from the practice.

Is it possible to learn yoga online?

Yes, yoga can be learnt online through live classes. Our experienced and certified teachers guide you through the course. The experience is similar to in-person classes as you are completely visible to the teacher, so that the teacher can correct your alignment of body to reach the postures.

What if I am out of shape?

No worries. Every person is unique. As you get deep into your yoga practice, the muscles strengthen and tones, slowly getting you into shape

Do I have to be flexible to practice yoga?

Not necessary. Flexibility in joints are achieved progressively with regular yoga practice .

Can yoga help me lose weight?

Yes, Yoga works on strengthening and toning your muscles and adjusting your weight to the ideal weight for your age and frame. To achieve your goals on weight loss, your practice should be steadfast, without interruptions  and you should focus on the goal.
