Yoga for Beginners – Online

Online Beginner Course starting on Sep 19, 3 days a week Tue/Thu/Sat, 6 to 7 am – Led by Girija Satish


Learn the basics of Yoga in this one month course.
• Basic Asanas
• Surya Namaskar
• Pranayama

This course provides the foundation and prepares participants to attend advanced level group classes.

This course comprises of 12 sessions, of which participants will attend 10 exclusive beginner classes and 2 classes in regular group practice sessions.

Tue/Thu/Sat 6 am to 7 am
