Gentle Yoga for Core Strength

Starting December 5, on all Thursdays through the month of December at 5:15 PM.
Gentle core yoga is used to strengthen and stabilize the deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Yogic breath combined with subtle functional movements are used to engage the core correctly to prevent injuries, Improve posture and digestion while developing inner and outer strength. This session is ideal for all levels of practitioners from Beginners to advanced.
