Improve mobility and strength with Chair Yoga – For senior citizens or people recovering from an injury.
– improves mobility across joints and strengthens muscles from head to toe.
– is a gentle yoga practice without the need for standing or getting down to the floor during practice.
– is a complete breath centered practice to stay active, healthy and stress free.
Chair Yoga is an excellent gift for the elders in your family.
No prior Yoga Experience is needed. You will need a sturdy chair, ideally with no arm rest. Light plastic chairs are not suitable for this course.
Course fee: Rs. 1000+taxes.
(8 Sessions on Mondays & Fridays)
